Reasonably adjust the residence time of garbage in the furnace

Depending on the type of garbage, the residence time in the furnace is also different. The burner must reasonably adjust the residence time according to the dryness, type and incineration effect of the garbage in order to make the garbage burn stably and completely. After the garbage enters the boiler, it is first dried on the first-stage grate using the furnace heat, then burned on the second and third-stage grate, and finally burned out on the fourth-stage grate. The residence time of each level of grate is too long to affect the amount of waste to be processed, and too short to affect the effect of waste incineration. After the author summarized the production experience for more than a year, the result is that: in order to let the garbage be fully dried in the furnace, the residence time of the garbage on the first-level grate should be between 100 and 110 seconds. In order to keep the garbage in For full incineration in the furnace, the residence time of the second and third-stage grate should generally be between 80 and 100 seconds. In order to completely burn the garbage, the residence time of the fourth-stage grate should be between 180 and 200 seconds. Suitable. In addition, with the change of seasons, the moisture content of the garbage, the degree of dryness, and the different types, the reciprocating residence time of the grate must be adjusted. Usually, the residence time of the grate needs to be appropriately increased during the rainy season and when the temperature is low. In short, only reasonable adjustment of the residence time of the waste in the furnace can make the waste burn stably.

3. Temperature
Due to the large volume of the incinerator, the temperature distribution in the furnace is not uniform, that is, the temperature in different parts of the furnace is different. The incineration temperature mentioned here refers to the highest temperature that a combustion chamber (combustion zone) can reach for waste incineration. Generally speaking, the temperature in the area above the waste layer in the combustion section and close to the combustion flame is the highest, which can reach 850~1100℃ . The higher the calorific value of domestic waste, the higher the achievable incineration temperature, and the more conducive to the incineration of domestic waste. At the same time, temperature and residence time are a pair of related factors. If the residence time is appropriately shortened at a higher temperature, a better incineration effect can also be maintained.
