Process conditions that must be guaranteed for Waste Incinerator

1. The flue gas of the waste incinerator must stay above 850℃ for no less than 2 seconds, so as to ensure that the waste is in the incineration process
2. Dioxins and other toxic gases produced by the combustion of Waste Incinerator can be completely decomposed, reducing the generation of harmful gases, so as to reduce the processing load of the rear process and the pollution to the surrounding environment.
3. The unburned content in the slag shall not be greater than 3%, and the negative pressure in the furnace shall be maintained, generally controlled in 1 3D-50pa.

4. The adjustment of the waste heat boiler must ensure the safe operation of each heated blood, and prevent low-temperature corrosion and high-temperature corrosion of the heated surface.
