1. Filter bag abrasion refers to the repeated filtering and backflushing state switching during the use of the dust removal cloth bag, the bulge and contraction of the cloth bag, the relative movement between the cloth bag and the dust removal framework or other components, the erosion of high-speed dust-containing airflow, etc., which cause local abrasion.
2. The burning of the dust removal bag is caused by the abnormally high temperature of the flue gas or high-temperature dust particles that are higher than the temperature of the filter material, which causes damage or even breakage of the filter material in the high temperature part.
3. The corrosion of the filter bag is caused by the chemical reaction of the filter material caused by the harmful components in the flue gas, which causes the mechanical performance of the filter material to decrease and damage the loss effect. The corrosion of the filter bag mostly occurs when the flue gas composition exceeds the standard. It can be divided into gas corrosion and liquid corrosion. The harmful gas composition is more likely to cause damage to the filter bag in the presence of liquid.
