Technical features

1.The purpose of this project is to realize the harmlessness, volume reduction and resource utilization of garbage through the incineration.The waste, enters into the incinerator through the process of drying, burning and burnout making the corrupt organic matter become inorganic due to combustion and the pathogenic organisms eliminated due to high temperature inciner ation.

2.The combustion air required by waste combustion can be divided into primary air and secondary air. Primary air is taken from the refuse storage pit keeping the refuse storage pit under negative pressure to ensure that the stench in the pit does not escape. The primary air heated by the steam air preheater is sent into the furnace by the primary fan. The secondary air from the boiler room is pressurized by the secondary fan into the furnace, so that the flue gas in the furnace produces strong turbulence to eliminate the chemical incomplete combustion loss and facilitate the burning of carbon particles in fly ash.

3.The incinerator is equipped with an ignition burner and an auxiliary burner, using light diesel as the auxiliary fuel. Ignition burner is used for lighting. During normal operation, sometimes refuse with low calorific value and high moisture can not remain the outlet temperature of the chamber above 850 At this time the auxiliary burner need to be used to increase the furnace temperature and keep stable combustion. When stopping the incinerator, the auxiliary burner must be started before stopping the garbage feeding until the garbage on the grate burning to ash.

4.The combustible part of the garbage has been completely burnt through three process of drying, burning and burnout on the grate. The ash residue falls into the slag extractor, which acts as water seal and cooling slag. and pushes the slag to the ash storage pit A grab crane is equipped above the ash slag storage pit, which can grab the ash slag collected in the ash slag storage pit to load it for outward transportation, landfill or comprehensive utilization.

5.The high temperature flue gas produced by waste combustion enters into the flue gas purification system after being cooled by waste heat boiler

6.Each incinerator is equipped with a set of flue gas purification system, which adopts semi-dry lime (rotating spray) neutralization tower;activated carbon adsorption and bag house dust collector The smoke first enters the semi-dry lime (rotatory spray) neutralization towerfwhich is fully mixed with lime slurry of a cer tain concentration and make a chemical reaction. The acid gas in the smoke is removed.

7.Activated carbon is equipped between the neutalization tower and the bag fiter to absorb heavy metals and dioxins in the flue gas.

8.After removing the dust and reaction products from the flue gas by the bag filter dust collector; the flue gas meeting the emission standards is sent to the chimney by the draught fan.

9. The waste heat boiler uses water as the medium to absorb the heat in the high temperature flue gas. The electricity generated is fed into the grid except for the incinerator plant
